Vishay Intertechnology Declares Quarterly Dividend
November 10, 2015 4:43 PM ESTMALVERN, Pa., Nov. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock and Class B common stock, to be paid on December 22, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 3, 2015. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
