Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Reports Higher Third Quarter Results
November 5, 2015 6:30 AM ESTDOVER, Del., Nov. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) today reported third quarter and year-to-date financial results. The Company's net income for the three months ended September 30, 2015 was $5.1 million, or $0.33 per share. This represents an increase of $1.9 million, or $0.11 per share, over the same quarter in 2014.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2015, the Company reported net income of $32.5 million or $2.16 per share. This represents an increase of $6.5 million or $0.38 per share, compared to the same period in 2014.
