NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ares Capital Corporation (Ares Capital) (NASDAQ: ARCC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.38 per share, payable on December 31, 2015 to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2015.
SEPTEMBER 30, 2015 FINANCIAL RESULTS
Ares Capital also announced financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2015.
