TransCanada Declares Quarterly Dividends
November 3, 2015 7:35 AM ESTCALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/03/15 -- TransCanada Corporation (TSX: TRP) (NYSE: TRP) (TransCanada or the Company) today announced that the Board of Directors (Board) of TransCanada declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per common share for the quarter ending December 31, 2015, on the Company's outstanding common shares. The common share dividend is payable on January 29, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of December 31, 2015.
The Board also declared quarterly dividends on the outstanding Cumulative First Preferred Shares as follows:

TransCanada Asks State Department to Pause Keystone XL Review
