Univar (NYSE: UNVR) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Univar USA Inc. ("Univar USA"), has acquired all of the outstanding stock of Arrow Chemical, Inc. Univar (NYSE: UNVR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, $0.19 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.29 billion.
