AAON Reports Regular Semi-Annual Cash Dividend and Authorizes $25 Million for Stock Repurchase

TULSA, OK -- (Marketwired) -- 11/02/15 -- AAON, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAON), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $0.11 per share on October 29, 2015. The dividend will be payable December 23, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 2, 2015.
