Deutsche Bank Says Pfizer (PFE) and Allergan (AGN) Deal Would Enhance Cash Access
October 29, 2015 2:28 PM EDTDeutsche Bank maintained a Buy rating on Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) with a price target of $43. Comments follow rumors related to merger talks with Allergan (NYSE: AGN). In the view of analyst Gregg Gilbert, a potential deal, dubbed 'PfizerGan', would be accretive to DCF and dilutive to EPS. Perhaps more importantly, a deal would allow enhanced access to ongoing cash flows.
