Compass Point Cuts Price Target on Independence Realty Trust (IRT) Following 3Q Earnings

Compass Point reiterated a Buy rating on Independence Realty Trust (NYSE: IRT), and cut the price target to $11.00 (from $11.50), following the company's 3Q15 earnings report. IRT reported 3Q15 Core FFO/share of $0.20. IRT ended 3Q15 with 14,044 multi-family units owned nationwide, up 55.1% yoy.
