NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that Christopher E. Kubasik will become the president and chief operating officer (COO) of L-3, effective immediately. This newly created position will work closely with Chairman and CEO Michael T.
