SUGAR LAND, Texas, Oct. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CVR Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CVI) today announced third quarter 2015 net income of $57.9 million, or 67 cents per diluted share, on net sales of $1,408.8 million, compared to net income of $7.9 million, or 9 cents per diluted share, on net sales of $2,279.9 million for the 2014 third quarter. Third quarter 2015 adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure, was $153.8 million, compared to third quarter 2014 adjusted EBITDA of $90.5 million.

SUGAR LAND, Texas, Oct. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â CVR Refining, LP (NYSE: CVRR), a refiner and marketer of petroleum fuels, today announced third quarter 2015 net income of $138.9 million on net sales of $1,361.6 million, compared to net income of $21.8 million on net sales of $2,215.2 million for the 2014 third quarter.
