COPT Sells One Dulles Tower in Northern Virginia for $84 Million
October 27, 2015 4:16 PM EDTCOLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT or the Company) (NYSE: OFC) has completed the disposition of 13200 Woodland Park Road (a.k.a., One Dulles Tower) in Herndon, Virginia, for $84.0 million. The sales price represents a price per square foot of $212 and the Company expects to recognize an approximate $42 million gain on sale in the quarter ending December 31, 2015. The building contains approximately 397,000 rentable square feet and is 100% leased to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. (NYSE: BAH) until December 31, 2015.
