Marathon Oil Corporation Adjusts Quarterly Dividend
October 29, 2015 6:30 AM EDTHOUSTON, Oct. 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) announced today that the Company's board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share on the Company's common stock, compared to the previous quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Dec. 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on Nov. 18, 2015.
