TAL International (TAL) Declares $0.45 Quarterly Dividend; Approves $150M Buyback
October 29, 2015 9:42 AM EDTTAL International (NYSE: TAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 23, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 2, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2015.
