October 28, 2015 5:18 PM EDTCHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) reported financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2015.
Third Quarter 2015 Highlights
The Company increases full-year 2015 expectations for operating margin to 13.5% to 13.6%, despite lowered sales expectations, while maintaining its outlook for diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $3.80 to $3.90 and adjusted free cash flow of $245 million to $265 million; Third quarter diluted EPS of $0.80 includes a one-time pension settlement charge of $7.3 million ($0.10 impact) and a shift in timing of the receipt of the...
