Triumph Group Reports Second Quarter Fiscal 2016 Results

Net sales for second quarter fiscal year 2016 were $954.8 million Operating income for second quarter fiscal year 2016 was $110.0 million and included a charge of $5.4 million related to a facility consolidation in the Aerospace Systems Group. Excluding this charge, operating income was $115.4 million, reflecting an operating margin of 12% Net income for second quarter fiscal year 2016 was $61.6 million, or $1.25 per diluted share.
