Ownes & Minor (OMI) Declares $0.2525 Quarterly Dividend; 2.9% Yield

Ownes & Minor (NYSE: OMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2525 per share, or $1.01 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 11, 2015.
