PREIT Reports Strong Third Quarter 2015 Results Highlighted by 4.0% Same Store NOI Growth and Sale of 8th Non-Core Mall
October 27, 2015 4:32 PM EDTPHILADELPHIA, Oct. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â PREIT (NYSE: PEI) today reported results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2015.
Comparable store sales across the portfolio continued to climb to $428 per square foot, an 11.5% improvement over last year, driven by premier assets which registered $572 per square foot. Same Store NOI improved by 4.0% for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 as compared to the prior year period; Same Store NOI excluding lease terminations improved by 2.2% for the same period....
