PREIT (PEI) Tops Q3 FFO by 2c

PREIT (NYSE: PEI) reported Q3 FFO of $0.49, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $68.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $68.42 million.

Comparable store sales across the portfolio continued to climb to $428 per square foot, an 11.5% improvement over last year, driven by premier assets which registered $572 per square foot.
