October 27, 2015 8:00 AM EDTCAMBRIDGE, Mass. and BANNOCKBURN, Ill., Oct. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Merrimack (Nasdaq: MACK) and Baxalta Incorporated (NYSE: BXLT) today jointly announced the enrollment of the first patient in an exploratory Phase 2 clinical study of ONIVYDE (irinotecan liposome injection), also known as MM-398 or "nal-IRI," in previously untreated, metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

October 23, 2015 12:15 AM EDTTAIPEI, Taiwan, Oct. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PharmaEngine, Inc. (TWO: 4162) announced the U.S. FDA has approved Merrimack's (NASDAQ: MACK) ONIVYDE TMÂ (irinotecan liposome injection) in combination with fluorouracil (5-FU) and leucovorin (LV) for the treatment of patients with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas after disease progression following gemcitabine-based therapy on October 22. Earlier on the same day, the Taiwan FDA approved ONIVYDE/5-FU/LV for the same indication. ONIVYDE is not indicated for use as a single agent.
