Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA) disclosed the following on Monday:

Dear Shareholder:

The Board of Directors of Comcast Corporation has approved a proposal to amend and restate our Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation (our Existing Articles) in order to reclassify each issued share of Class A Special Common Stock into one share of Class A Common Stock (the Reclassification).
