Home BancShares, Inc. Announces a 50.0% Increase in Fourth Quarter Regular Cash Dividend
October 21, 2015 5:15 PM EDTCONWAY, Ark., Oct. 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc.'s (NASDAQ: HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, Board of Directors declared a regular $0.15 per share quarterly cash dividend payable December 2, 2015, to shareholders of record November 11, 2015. This cash dividend represents a $0.05 per share, or 50.0%, increase over the $0.10 per share cash dividend paid during the fourth quarter of 2014 and equal to the regular cash dividend paid out during the third quarter of 2015.
