October 20, 2015 4:10 PM EDTDENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG) today reported financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Highlights for the third quarter of 2015 as compared to the third quarter of 2014 include:
Revenue increased 12.2% to $1.2 billion Comparable restaurant sales increased 2.6% Restaurant level operating margin was 28.3%, a decrease of 50 basis points Net income was $144.9 million, an increase of 10.8% Diluted earnings per share was $4.59, an increase of 10.6% Opened 53 new restaurantsHighlights for the nine months ended September 30, 2015...
