On October 20, 2015, SanDisk Corporation (SanDisk) entered into a New Y2 Facility Agreement (the Agreement) by and among SanDisk, several wholly owned SanDisk subsidiaries, Toshiba Corporation (Toshiba) and their semiconductor manufacturing joint ventures, Flash Partners, Ltd.
