LegacyTexas Financial Group, Inc. Reports Third Quarter 2015 Earnings
October 20, 2015 4:15 PM EDTPLANO, Texas, Oct. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- LegacyTexas Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: LTXB) (the "Company"), the holding company for LegacyTexas Bank (the "Bank"), today announced net income of $17.9 million for the third quarter of 2015, a decrease of $2.4 million from the second quarter of 2015 and an increase of $8.6 million from the third quarter of 2014. The decrease from the second quarter of 2015 was primarily due to a $3.8 million increase in the provision for loan losses. Core (non-GAAP) net income (which is net income adjusted for the impact of merger and acquisition costs and certain other items) totaled $17.8...
