A partial clinical hold is an order that the FDA issues to delay or suspend part of a sponsors clinical work requested under its investigational new drug (IND) application.
Quanta Services' (PWR) Prelim. Q3 Results Fall Short of Estimates
October 16, 2015 8:39 AM EDTQuanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR) announced today that after an initial review of its third quarter operating results, the company now expects revenues slightly below the midpoint of its previously announced range of $1.9 billion to $2.0 billion and expects diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of $0.22 to $0.24. This compares to the company's previous expectation that diluted earnings per share from continuing operations would range between $0.34 and $0.40. In addition, Quanta expects several of the factors which adversely impacted the company's third quarter results to continue and adversely impact the company's fourth quarter results versus prior expectations....
