RBC Capital analyst Simos Simeonidis maintained an Outperform rating and lowered his price target on Zafgen (NASDAQ: ZFGN) to $46.00 (from $58.00) following a patient death. Simeonidi said while they expect near-term uncertainty, and obviously a very negative outcome is still possible, we see a couple of viable scenarios where none of what has transpired ends up leading to any real negative impact on ZFGN.
