Wall St. declines on China fears, weak profit expectations

(Reuters) - U.S. stocks fell on Tuesday, with the Dow snapping a seven-day winning streak, on renewed fears of slowing growth in China and another bout of selling in biotech shares.
Biotechs led the S&P 500 and Nasdaq lower and the S&P health care index , down 1.2 percent, had the biggest losses among S&P sectors, followed by industrials , down 1.1 percent. The Nasdaq Biotech Index was down 3.2 percent, extending recent declines.

Johnson & Johnson plans to buy back shares up to $10 billion
October 13, 2015 7:07 AM EDT(Reuters) - Drugmaker Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) said it plans to buy back up to $10 billion of common stock over time.
The company said on Tuesday it had about 2.77 billion shares of common stock outstanding as of Sept. 27, valuing the company at $251.82 billion
