SolarWinds (SWI) Said to Draw Interest from Hellman & Friedman, Vista Equity, Thoma Bravo - Bloomberg
October 9, 2015 1:38 PM EDTSolarWinds (NYSE: SWI) has been approached by buyout firms including Hellman & Friedman, Vista Equity, and Thoma Bravo, according to Bloomberg. Each private-equity firm approached banks about financing, with final bids due later this month.
Earlier SolarWinds confirmed it was reviewing strategic alternatives.
