Compass Diversified Holdings Declares Third Quarter 2015 Distribution of $0.36 Per Share

WESTPORT, Conn., Oct. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) ("CODI" or the "Company"), an owner of leading middle market businesses, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.36 per share. The distribution for the three months ended September 30, 2015 is payable on October 29, 2015 to all holders of record as of October 22, 2015.
