Revenue for the quarter came in at $100.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $104.29 million. Progress Software sees FY2015 EPS of $1.51-$1.55, versus prior guidance of $1.45-$1.52 and the consensus of $1.49. Progress Software sees FY2015 revenue of $410-415 million, versus prior guidance of $415-425 million and the consensus of $420.8 million.

Nordstrom (JWN) Declares $4.85 Special Dividend; Approves $1B Buyback
October 1, 2015 4:26 PM EDTNordstrom (NYSE: JWN) declared a special dividend of $4.85 per share.
The dividend will be payable on October 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on October 12, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of October 7, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 6.8 percent.
