Civitas Solutions, Inc. Announces Commencement of Public Offering by Selling Stockholders
September 29, 2015 4:50 PM EDTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Civitas Solutions, Inc. (Civitas or the Company) announced the commencement of an underwritten offering by selling stockholders of an aggregate of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The selling stockholders are affiliates of Vestar Capital Partners and certain current and former employees of the Company, including senior members of management. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders.
