AstraZeneca (AZN) Acquires Biologics Manufacturing Facility from Amgen (AMGN)
September 11, 2015 7:02 AM EDTAstraZeneca (NYSE: AZN) added to its biologics manufacturing capability in the US with the purchase of a high-tech biologics bulk manufacturing facility from Amgen Inc (Nasdaq: AMGN). Over time, the LakeCentre facility, located in Boulder, Colorado will increase manufacturing and production capacity to support the companys extensive portfolio of biologics medicines.
