COPT Declares Third Quarter 2015 Dividends
September 10, 2015 4:05 PM EDTCOLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Trustees of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT or the Company) (NYSE: OFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per Common Share of beneficial interest for the third quarter 2015, payable on October 15, 2015, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2015.
For the Series K and L Preferred Shares of beneficial interest of the Company listed below, the Board of Trustees declared dividends for the period commencing July 15, 2015, and ending October 14, 2015, payable on October 15, 2015, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2015.
