Limoneira (LMNR) Enters Contribution Agreement with Developer Tied to Gateway Project
September 9, 2015 8:20 AM EDTLimoneira (NASDAQ: LMNR) announced that is has entered into a Contribution Agreement as the initial step that will facilitate a joint venture with The Lewis Group of Companies (the Lewis Group), a leading residential real estate investment company, for the planned development of Santa Paula Gateway (Gateway Project or Project). Limoneira received a deposit of $2.0 million from the Lewis Group upon entering into the Contribution Agreement. Limoneira (LMNR) Misses Q3 EPS by 7c; Trims FY15 EPS Outlook
September 9, 2015 8:06 AM EDTLimoneira (NASDAQ: LMNR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.36, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $29.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $26.05 million.
Limoneira sees FY2015 EPS of $0.28-$0.32, versus prior guidance of $0.36-$0.40 and the consensus of $0.38.
