Morgan Stanley upgraded Fitbit (NYSE: FIT) from Equalweight to Overweight with a price target of $58.00 (from $43.00). A Morgan Stanley survey showed less Apple Watch (Nasdaq: AAPL) cannibalization. Analyst Katy L. Huberty also noted constructive channel checks, as well as high short-interest, which could set shares up to outperform.
