Mackinac Financial Corporation Declares 33% Increase in Cash Dividend on Common Stock
August 25, 2015 1:20 PM EDTMANISTIQUE, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 08/25/15 -- Mackinac Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: MFNC), the bank holding company for mBank (the "Bank"), announced the approval of a cash dividend by its Board of Directors on August 25, 2015. The Board of Directors declared an increased cash dividend of $.10 per common share, payable October 5, 2015 to shareholders of record at September 23, 2015. The dividend is a 33% increase from the prior quarter's dividend.
