Brean Capital Cuts Price Target on E-House (EJ) to $7.38 Following EPS Beat
August 26, 2015 7:19 AM EDTBrean Capital maintained a Buy rating on E-House (China) Holdings Ltd (NYSE: EJ), and cut the price target to $7.38 (from $13.00), following the company's 2Q15 earnings report. Revenue of $270.5 million, exceeding consensus expectations of $245.0 million. Non-GAAP EPS was $0.10, considerably above the Streets $0.05.
