SunEdison Announces Pricing Of $650 Million Of Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock

(the "Company") (NYSE: SUNE) announced today the pricing of its public offering of 650,000 shares of 6.75% Series A Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share (the "Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock"), at a price of $1,000 per share. The offering is expected to close on August 21, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

(the "Company") (NYSE: SUNE), announced today that it intends to file a prospectus supplement to a registration statement filed on Form S-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), relating to a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of perpetual convertible preferred stock, par value $0.01 per share (the "Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock").
