MainSource Financial Group Declares Third Quarter Dividend and Completes Acquisition of Five Branches from Old National Bank

GREENSBURG, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- (NASDAQ: MSFG) (MainSource or the Company) MainSource Financial Group Board of Directors announced today that the Company declared a third quarter common dividend of $0.14 per share at its June 26, 2015 meeting. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2015 to common shareholders of record as of September 4, 2015.
