DULUTH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Primerica, Inc. (NYSE: PRI) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program for the remainder of fiscal year 2015 and continuing through fiscal year 2016, pursuant to which the Company expects to repurchase up to $200 million of its common stock.
