Theravance Biopharma, Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2015 Financial Results and Provides Business Update
August 10, 2015 4:15 PM EDTDUBLIN, IRELAND -- (Marketwired) -- 08/10/15 -- Theravance Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: TBPH) ("Theravance Biopharma" or the "Company") today reported financial results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2015. Revenue for the second quarter of 2015 was $7.1 million. Net loss for the second quarter of 2015 was $47.6 million, or $1.42 per share. Cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities, excluding restricted cash, totaled $228.8 million as of June 30, 2015.

Theravance Biopharma Receives FDA Fast Track Designation for TD-8954 for Use With Enteral Feeding in Critically Ill Patients
August 6, 2015 8:05 AM EDTDUBLIN, IRELAND -- (Marketwired) -- 08/06/15 -- Theravance Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: TBPH) ("Theravance Biopharma" or the "Company") today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted Fast Track Designation to TD-8954 for short-term use with enteral feeding to achieve early nutritional adequacy in critically ill patients at high nutritional risk. TD-8954 is a selective 5-HT4 receptor agonist being evaluated for potential use in the treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders, including enteral feeding intolerance (EFI).
