C&J Energy Services Announces Second Quarter 2015 Results
August 5, 2015 4:50 PM EDTHAMILTON, Bermuda, Aug. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- C&J Energy Services Ltd. (NYSE: CJES) today reported net loss of ($65.1 million), or ($0.56) per diluted share, on revenue of $511.2 million for the second quarter of 2015, and Adjusted Net Loss(1) of ($53.8 million), or ($0.46) per diluted share(1). Adjusted Net Loss excludes a $5.4 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, after-tax charge related to costs associated with the March 2015 combination (the "Transaction") of C&J Energy Services, Inc.
