LSB Industries (LXU) Misses Q2 EPS Views; Strategic Committee Submits Strategy, Governance Recommendations
August 7, 2015 6:35 AM EDTLSB Industries (NYSE: LXU) reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, $0.35 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $182.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $196 million.
LSB also announced that the Strategic Committee of the LSB Board of Directors (the Strategic Committee), comprised of entirely independent directors, presented the Board of Directors with a report and certain recommendations on July 30, 2015 following an evaluation of the Companys business strategy, corporate governance structure, related party transactions and other governance practices of the Company.
