Oncothyreon Reports Second Quarter 2015 Financial Results
August 6, 2015 4:03 PM EDTSEATTLE, Aug. 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oncothyreon Inc. (NASDAQ: ONTY) today reported financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2015 was $10.9 million, or $0.11 per basic and diluted share, compared with a net loss of $6.0 million, or $0.09 per basic and diluted share, for the comparable period in 2014. The $4.9 million increase in net loss was primarily attributable to the difference in the change in the fair value of warrant liability of $4.3 million.
