Equity Commonwealth Reports Second Quarter 2015 Results
August 5, 2015 4:37 PM EDTCHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Equity Commonwealth (NYSE: EQC) today reported financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. All per share results are reported on a fully diluted basis.
Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015
Funds from Operations (FFO), as defined by the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 were $77.2 million, or $0.59 per share. This compares to FFO for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 of $87.1 million, or $0.70 per share.
Normalized FFO was $67.8 million, or $0.52 per share. This compares to Normalized FFO for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 of $81.3... More
