Orbital ATK’s Board of Directors Declares $0.26 Per Share Quarterly Dividend and Increases Authorized Amount of Share Repurchase Program

(NYSE: OA), a global leader in aerospace and defense technologies, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share. The dividend will be payable September 24, 2015 to stockholders of record as of September 2, 2015.
