Goldman Sachs downgraded Ophthotech Corp (NASDAQ: OPHT) from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $45 (unchanged). Analyst Terence Flynn expects share price underperformance due to competitor updates, as well as lack of meaningful catalysts.
