HAMILTON, Bermuda, Aug. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ardmore Shipping Corporation (NYSE: ASC) ("Ardmore" or the "Company") today announced results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015.

Highlights

Reported a net profit of $7.9 million for the three months ended June 30, 2015, or 30 cents basic and diluted earnings per share, as compared to $0.1 million, or 0.4 cents basic and diluted earnings per share, for the three months ended June 30, 2014.
