Qualys Announces Second Quarter 2015 Financial Results
August 3, 2015 4:00 PM EDTREDWOOD CITY, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/03/15 -- Qualys, Inc. (NASDAQ: QLYS), a pioneer and leading provider of cloud security and compliance solutions, today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015. For the quarter, the Company reported record revenues of $39.9 million, GAAP net income of $3.3 million, non-GAAP net income of $6.2 million, adjusted EBITDA of $13.1 million, GAAP earnings per diluted share of $0.09 and non-GAAP earnings per diluted share of $0.16.
