S&P Downgrades Basic Energy Services (BAS) to 'B-'; Sees Liquidity Position Continuing to Deteriorate
August 5, 2015 2:22 PM EDTStandard & Poor's Ratings Services lowered its corporate credit rating on Basic Energy Services (NYSE: BAS) to 'B-' from 'B'. The outlook is negative.

Basic Energy Services (BAS) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c
July 31, 2015 6:45 AM EDTBasic Energy Services (NYSE: BAS) reported Q2 EPS of ($1.13), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.15). Revenue for the quarter came in at $193.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $201.66 million.
